Our business is successful because we fill a need for small agencies and reporters. Times have changed with the shortage of reporters in the workforce, and agency owners need to be doing what they do best -- reporting and tending to the needs of their clients. That's where we come in. We support the small agency owner who might not have full-time office staff to handle the phones, the schedule, and get the invoices billed or collected in a timely fashion. We help keep the owner/reporter out working, not inside dealing with back-office needs.
We are the court reporting side of the business. All New England is a unique agency that provides court reporters to court reporting firms when requested. We can cover that job the small firm can't, whether it's a realtime deposition, daily copy, in another geographic area, or just a busy day. We say yes so our clients can say yes!
